Our company is purchasing your home. Again, we do not wholesale or assign the contract to another buyer. This process can become convoluted and is often not in your best interest. We are the direct buyer of your home and never need the approval of a third party to close as other companies might.
Unlike many of our competitors, we will buy homes listed with an agent. Keep in mind that you’d have to pay that agent your agreed-upon commission if you are still under contract. Also, if your home has had a significant amount of exposure on the market, it could drastically affect our offer price.
